Instead of you chasing jobs / suppliers, we do it for you. We even do the billing …. and collect the money for you!
We operate a direct debit and credit system which enables us to collect the money on the suppliers behalf and so saves them having to send out bills. Once the job has been completed, a work schedule ticket is filled in and signed by both demander and supplier. This ticket can be faxed or posted to the office.
We will do the rest for you.
On joining the Ring all members are required to fill in a direct debit mandate. On receipt of the work ticket an invoice is generated on behalf of the supplier and sent to the demander. We collect the money by direct debit at 21 days and pay the supplier by direct credit at 28 days. We also send a copy of the invoice to the supplier. This has been adjusted for VAT and our commission charges.
· This system is both more efficient and cost effective than cheques.
· It enables suppliers to collect their money on a regular basis on the day it is due.
· Demanders do not end up with huge bills accumulating over a period of months.
· Cash flow is helped all round.
· We are always looking at ways of reducing the costs of running the Ring. Typically, a direct debit only costs a quarter of the price of a cheque. |
